This is an initiative sponsored by African and global leaders who have gained firsthand experience in implementing health and development programs in Africa and at the international level. It is incorporated in Uganda as a nonprofit company. It aims to champion and catalyze the development and growth of sustained African rooted analytical and implementation capacity of African professionals and institutions and to enable Africa to become a better performer in health at home and stronger player in global health.

Coordinated the negotiation of a new national Health Policy and sector Strategic Plan, the Sector Wide Approaches and the development of National Supervision Guidelines etc. Improved immunization coverage, utilization of public health facilities, decentralization and donor coordination.
