    Health Financing Policy Advisor & P4H Regional Focal Point, Tanzania. Advisor to the MOH on the development of its Health Financing Strategy which foresees the expansion of national health insurance and strategic purchasing. Advise the Tanzanian Government on appropriate roll out of results-based financing (RBF) as official member of the RBF Steering Committee. As P4H regional focal point, coordinated P4H partners (WB, WHO, USAID, GIZ, KfW, SDC, ILO, GF) contributions to Health Financing in Tanzania. Managed multi-partner capacity development and advocacy activities to parliamentarians and decision-makers around domestic financing to health and results oriented approaches for UHC.

    SWAP & Capacity Development Pooled Fund Advisor, Rwanda. Supported the implementation of a pooled funding mechanism for capacity development in health which included planning and supervision, development of a M&E and reporting system as well as annual operational and procurement plans. Lead the development of Rwandan District Health Swap guidelines. One of the main organizers (concept and content development) of the EAC SHP Conference in Kigali 2012.

    Social Health Insurance (SHI) Advisor/ Cambodia. Supported the Cambodian National Social Security Fund for Civil Servants (NSSFC) in the development of a legal framework for a public sector health insurance. Engaged in the national policy dialogue concerning the path towards UHC through strengthened SHP mechanisms (close collaboration with related line ministries and development partners such as ILO, WHO, GIZ and AFD). Contributed to the institutional development of the NSSFC through identification and facilitation of capacity building activities. Developed a strategic plan for the establishment of a SHI for civil servants.
