Lead coordinator of the execution of the Kenya Reproductive Maternal Newborn Child and Adolescent Health (RMNCAH) Multi-Donor Trust Fund Technical Assistance that is supposed to strengthen county health systems for effective implementation of RMNCAH activities. Specifically, the trust fund will provide TA to support county governments annual work planning and budgeting processes including tracking of budget and expenditure flows through the county health system.
