Preparing policy proposals, policy briefs and reports for the Ministry of Health for Parliament, Cabinet and for international engagements/responsibilities by the Ministry of Health. Designing planning tools and frameworks, and supporting Work-plan formulation for the various departments of the Ministry and the Local Governments.
