    • The State Health Finance Advisor provided technical and capacity building support to the State Social Health Insurance Agencies (SSHIA) in Abia State.
    • The Advisor also engaged with state level actors across the SMoH, SPHCDA and SSHIA to build capacity, support in conduct of states specific health financing diagnostics and develop resource mobilization plans for sustainable health financing systems in the states.
    • The Advisor reported to the respective State Team Leads on an operational basis and will receive technical direction and support from the Senior Health Financing Advisor on the project.
  • Coordinating Comprehensive Care for Children (4C) Project of Catholic Relief Services (CRS), Nigeria

    The Sustainability and Capacity Strengthening Specialist worked as part of a team to provide technical assistance (TA) to IPs in organizational development and private sector engagement. The position focused on (1) support the development of novel funding mechanisms;(2) strengthening key business functions and processes that enhance organizational sustainability of OVC-serving CSOs and networks; (3) work in collaboration with IP and 4Children staff and technical advisors to ensure systems and processes are in place at the CSO and network levels to facilitate the graduation/transition of OVC and their households, including appropriate case file management;
