    I am the Founding President and Chief Executive Officer for Emerging Leaders Consulting Services. As President and CEO of this research and business consulting company, I have provided strategic direction to the team, while pursuing ELCS aspirations. Over the course of past years, I led development of partnerships while working with over 45 international organizations, development partners, research organizations, higher education institutions both at the local and international levels. Helped ELCS survive during the financial crisis, while increasing company portfolio from a small grant of $400 to more than $15,300,000 dollars in the span of 9 years.

    Represented ELCS with Tajikistan National NGOs Association to undertake a project in Tajikistan on Improving Good Governance in Tajikistan. Led design of stakeholder mapping and analysis exercise, design and implementation of a survey to create baseline for the project regarding Civil Society Organizations' engagement in good governance in Tajikistan, served as lead person in organization of several consultation forums with lead CSOs on good governance including a national roundtable in Dushanbe where members of the parliament, representative from Presidents office were presented. Organized several training workshops for CSOs on good governance, M&E, transparency, advocacy, civic engagement

    Worked with University of Massachusetts in the capacity of Program Manager "Curriculum Development" through the Higher Education Program to assist Kabul Medical University in the initiation of first Government supported Master of Public Health Program in Afghanistan. Chaired a taskforce, comprising of national and international experts, to oversee development of the MPH program components including, mission, vision, program objectives, priority discipline, faculty credentials, affiliations and curriculum. Facilitated several institutional development, leadership, curriculum development and public health intensive courses for the senior management of several higher education institutions.
