    Jun 2013 - Present
    As part of the National HIV/AIDS Control Program Strategic Information Department, core role relates to monitoring and tracking Uganda's HIV/AIDS response by; - providing national guidelines and policies for tracking and measuring the efforts towards the HIV response; maintaining a robust national HIV M&E system to provide data for monitoring the response; ensuring that there's HIV/AIDS strategic information capacity at national and sub national level; supervising intervention implementation; as well as creating advocacy for utilization and growth of HIV M&E data across the country.
  • USAID- TB CARE I Project; KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation

    Apr 2012 - May 2013
    An 18month project that targeted providing technical assistance to the National TB/Leprosy Program (NTLP) to improve TB control and management. Specifically as an M&E specialist, I was tasked with supporting improve quality of reporting and documentation of lessons learnt within the 5 division of Kampala district as well as detailed data analysis and utilization to district, zonal and National TB Programme staff
  • Infectious Diseases Institute (IDI)-College of Health Sciences, Makerere University

    IDI being a research, training and health system strengthening institution, there were multitudes of projects and research grants implemented. As an M&E specialist, the core role was to ensure that all these projects and grants had sound M&E systems that would routinely provide data for monitoring and evaluating the different interventions, projects and researches; as well as producing and disseminating quarterly Key Performance Indicators to board member, academic alliance members and other key IDI stake holders.
