Yarrow Global Consulting GmbH is a non-profit consulting firm at the intersection of global health and the environment with a special focus on gender. Since our founding in 2019 we have brought together people and organizations worldwide who are rethinking gender and considering wider societal and environmental factors that enhance gender inequality. Our predominantly female pool of global trainers and consultants have many years of experience in development cooperation or in humanitarian aid in the areas of policy development, health systems strengthening, capacity building and leadership and bring their experiences into our consulting. Within our organization we believe in flat hierarchies and collaborative forms of leadership, enforcing change in action in how we work.
