READ organization is an Afghan owned and professionals led not-for profit organization. READ is run by a well-qualified board and managing team. The board as well as the managing team has a great deal of experience variety of field such as health, social services, education and agriculture. Majority of the board members and managing staff are master’s degree holders from renowned national and international institutions. Some of the board members and technical advisors have degrees in health, economics, education and sustainable international development from the renowned universities in Afghanistan and abroad. READ team has decades of experience, working in conflict stricken areas in Afghanistan and delivered services to those in need in challenging circumstances. In addition, the READ team has plenty of experiences in the field of research, evaluation and development including monitoring and evaluation (M&E).
