Feb 2018 - Present- Lead Living Goods expansion and operationalization in new countries, including establishing and managing teams in Burkina Faso and Ethiopia supporting govt. community health program digitization
- Manage global engagements with tech vendors (Dimagi, Ona, ThinkMD), implementing partners (JSI, UNICEF) , and donors (Global Fund, Gates Foundation, USAID) to identify and secure strategic, multi-year funding and partnerships
- Manage scoping and establishment of diverse portfolio of new country expansion opportunities in sub-Saharan Africa
- Develop and refine new country expansion strategy, roadmaps, and scenarios

Clinton Health Access Initiative
Oct 2013 - Feb 2018- Managed team of 3 supporting 7 country teams across Sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia to accelerate new vaccine introduction (NVI) and strengthen immunization systems as part of US$20M Gates Foundation grant
- Co-developed and executed Global Vaccine Delivery team strategy for NVI and immunization strategic planning, including scale up within existing countries and expansion into new geographies
- Developed and oversaw implementation of Gavi transition strategy, including development transition risk assessment
- Provided TA to teams in Cameroon, India, Kenya, Lesotho and Uganda
- Developed proposals and budgets, and oversaw implementation of Gavi grants totaling ~US$1.3M -
Millennium Villages Project
Jul 2012 - Jul 2013- Supported implementation of CommCare instance across all 3 MVP Malawi facilities, including training and utilization monitoring
- Managed baseline data collection and implementation of supply chain management system in 3 MVP clinics (Ghana, Malawi and Uganda)
- Developed supply chain mgmt. training materials, SOPs, supervision and evaluation strategy to improve performance of 35 MVP health workers
